Amidst 2020, everyone was challenged to find "pandemic proof” business models that would protect them from things like Covid-19 in the future. At the agency, we pivoted a bit and started doing send out packages and remote sipping programs, but on a personal note there was more for the Ferzan’s than just that.

Together, Alex and Meghan Ferzan poured over market research on transactional businesses that would be ripe for the all-year market in Miami, whilst still capitalizing off of the relationships and skillsets of the group. Meghan, an operations specialist, and Alex’s brother Zachary, a seasoned tradesman, we knew that if we could touch events and construction, we’d have a hit.

Portapotties were the perfect match, with excellent profit margins and very little innovation in the industry. #1BEST TOILETS was our eco-friendly, well branded, multi-cultural, Made in Dade dream come true. All we had to do was bring it to life, which wouldn’t be possible without our hero Head Designer, Justin Waaland.
